It was disappointing that a premium brand like Zara couldn’t even provide something as basic as drinking water. When I asked for water, the staff simply said it was “out of stock.” Drinking water is one of the most basic customer amenities, and its unavailability reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. I hope Zara addresses this simple yet important issue.

Zara needs no introduction—its quality remains top-notch, though the prices are on the higher side. The best time to shop is during sales, when you can find great deals. The store layout is well-organized, with distinct sections for men, women, and kids. However, be prepared for long checkout lines, especially during sale season.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the girl in the fitting rooms. Due to her disgusting behavior, we left all our items and immediately left the store. She has absolutely no place in customer service, and the store management is incompetent and foolish.

Worst store ever for billing and mismanaged even on non sale days ,i had to wait 45min just because system’s password for exchange was with manager and he was sitting on ground floor and exchange was available at 1st floor , very bad must not buy from such mismanaged brand , employee amrita,nadeem is stupid too dont have any proper management worst experience as always . No more shopping from zara💩💩💩💩💩
