Taco Bell

This is one of the most poorly managed Taco Bell outlets I have ever visited. The staff at the billing counter, Vinod, communicated very poorly regarding ongoing offers and was extremely rude when I raised a genuine concern. There was an offer where one taco cost ₹99, but if you purchased two, each would be ₹59. I specifically asked him to add the ₹59 taco, but he ignored my request and billed me ₹99 instead. When I pointed this out, he responded rudely, saying that the bill was already generated and nothing could be done. I then approached the manager, Neeraj, who was preparing orders, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, he simply smiled, said they couldn’t do anything, and completely ignored the issue. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service, accountability, and basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this outlet and strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Taco Bell at World Trade Park. One of the worst experiences ever at Taco Bell. Extremely poor and badly managed.

I always wanted to try best tacos🌮 😋, and here i got the best ones 👌. Loved the crunch and crisp 😋 inside and outside the tacos 🌮. MOST RECOMMEND FOR : TCOS AND WRAPS

Really pathetic quality and quantity. The nachos were all broken and the packaging was bad. the chocolate sauce with the churros- i had to scrape it, the quantity was a joke, just stuck to the bottom. didn't like any of the burritos and wraps. the naked veg taco is pathetic, taste like a fat moong chilla.overall such a pathetic experience. wasted my money here and will never visit again. Taco Bell in Jaipur is a joke.

The experience was good. We had the Taco Bell box which consists of burrito hard shell taco cheese quesadilla fries and cinnamon twists with soft drink. We loved the burrito and the taco soft drinks are good as always but cheese quesadilla was too salty and bland for my liking and those twists were very average. Overall I will go back for burrito and táco and try other kinda. Quesadillas.

I am writing this review after so many orders, every single time I order same thing and every single time they make sure to mess up the order. Sometimes it has too much sauce, sometimes it does not have any paneer, sometimes it's too spicy and sometimes it's chewey. This time instead of regular packaging of cardboard box they just wrapped it in paper and obviously the crispy chalupa was now soggy chalupa. Honestly go ahead and fire your staff cz this is not the one time thing it has become for every delivery i have taken.
