I had a very bad experience with Chandani. Her behavior was so rude and arrogant that, despite being a customer, I felt no respect. Her way of speaking was completely unprofessional, and it felt as though the customer held no value at all. Her attitude left a stronger impression than the makeup service itself. If you are expecting professional and respectful treatment, my experience in this regard was very disappointing

Very disappointing experience at Sephora WTP Jaipur. I paid for a Benefit Plush Tint lipstick expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was an unsealed and clearly used lipstick, which is completely unacceptable for a cosmetic item. The behaviour of the lady staff assisting me was also extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping properly, she showed the products with an attitude as if she was doing a favour, which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. She lacked basic customer service and sales etiquette expected from a premium store like Sephora. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience.

Very disappointed! I’m from Jodhpur and visited Sephora Jaipur yesterday to buy the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in the shade “Fussy.” I spent ₹2700, and after coming back and checking my bag, I found they had given me “Fenty Glow” instead. It’s really disappointing, especially after traveling from another city and paying such a high price for the wrong product.

saleswoman named gudia attended me well . The suggestion she gave were really good according to my skin type and my needs .
