Raymond Made to Measure

This was one of the worst service I ever faced in my life. I had placed my order on 1 april 2026 and collected my suit on 24 june 2026 almost 85 days. In this long period it was all me who was following up with these guys and they never responded back. As far stitching quality that is also very poor,inspite of giving trial for 3 times they are not able to proper buttoned my suit.

I have been associated with MTM Raymond store for 8 years. I find the fitting and stretching of the fabric very good. If there is any problem related to the fabric, the staff always helps. Thanks.

Terrible experience. Gave a linen Jacket to manufacture with a additional Rs 5000 for express delivery and Rs 30000 in total. The product when delivered was shocking! All dimensions were awry so much so that one arm length was longer than the other, fitting was shabby. Very dissapointed by what is purported to be a high end brand.

Terrible store and horrid customer service. I ordered a simple 2 button suit and shirt here. I was measured and photographed. When I came in for my fitting the suit and shirt both fit terribly, with the shirt being almost a complete write off that I’ll probably only now wear under a sweater to hide the terrible tailoring. The tailor there tried to rationalize that clothes are supposed to fit that way and rudely challenged if I had ever owned a suit before. Eventually he let go of the defensiveness and agreed it needed alterations to fit. I am typing this from my second fitting, where some of the missed order notes for the shirt and trouser are fixed and I was told the jacket ill fits because I workout, which is the very reason I ordered custom tailoring and not off the rack. IMO you are better off spending your money buying something off the rack and going to a different tailor for alterations than fall for this scam of made to measure at this store.

Amazing experience with Made to measure. The staff and their knowledge and help made the process extremely smooth. The stitch and fit of the suit is exceptionally amazing. Couldn't ask for a better suit.
