I visited the MNS store recently, but my experience was not satisfactory. There was a noticeable presence of mosquitoes inside the store, which reflects a lack of proper hygiene and maintenance. Such conditions can be uncomfortable for customers and may also pose health concerns. I would strongly recommend that the management take immediate action, including proper cleaning and pest control measures, to ensure a better and safer shopping environment for customers.

I love Marks and Spencer but from few years they don't have a good collection. Most of the clothes are made of polyester.

For Lingerie & Beauty Section- Wife today went to the store with our kid. She came out sad, vowing to never visit them again. She was mistreated by the female staff. Perhaps it was our mistake because she looked over-worked and couldn't dress up her best. If you are visiting try wearing your best and expensive clothes and look rich so that they know that you can afford shopping there, otherwise, you'll be treated as a beggar by their ignorant female staff. Money in the pocket doesnt matter if you cant flaunt it. this was the second time this has happened. Edit- Today was her birthday, thanks for spoiling her day.

Amazing collection for men. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Must visit place for winter collection.
