Visited Croma and found the store clean and well-organized with a wide range of electronics. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through product features and options. Prices were reasonable, and they explained warranty and after-sales services clearly. Checkout was smooth and quick. Overall, a convenient and reliable shopping experience. Would recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. When I purchased my Nothing Phone (3a), the salesperson convinced me to buy a 2-year insurance package by clearly stating that it offered unlimited free repairs. I specifically asked for the terms and conditions, and I was told that all repairs would be free of cost. I was also informed that if the phone could not be repaired, I would receive compensation. At no point was I told about any processing fee or additional charges. Now, when I need to use the insurance, I am being asked to pay ₹1,000 as a processing fee. This is completely different from what was promised at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact the staff for the past few days. One person's phone is switched off, and another is not answering calls since yesterday. This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I feel misled and disappointed. Customers should be given accurate information before purchasing any insurance plan, and businesses should honor the commitments made during the sale instead of creating unexpected charges later. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that other customers receive transparent and honest service.

No service. All Croma products are managed through useless and inefficient 3rd party vendors who take one week to install any product that too after numerous calls and irritating follow ups. Completely avoid buying Croma branded any product.

Extremely pathetic service and fraud by store manager at WTP Jaipur. Denied extended warranty service for my Pixel 9 phone despite reporting well on time (26/06). I had a poor experience with this business. The customer service is lacking; the staff is unresponsive and unwilling to provide basic information when inquiring about products. I would not recommend them based on this interaction.
