Biryani Blues

"Today I ordered two biryanis from Biryani Blues. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of both were completely different. The first biryani was very good, fresh, and flavorful, but the second one was disappointing. It lacked taste, seemed poorly prepared, and did not meet the quality standards I expected. Consistency in food quality is very important, and I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better customer experience in the future."

I wanted to place a order butter staff was so rude and I quote him "Order place nhi ho sakta hamare pass time nhi h". He didn't even had the courtesy to say sir we have orders lined up or whatever. Staff name is Nagendra singh ,biryani blues , WTP mall, food court. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if someone asks me about a place to eat in WTP I will say just don't batata biryani blues.the rest questions cannot be answered by me because they didn't serve me.

Very disappointing experience at Biryani By Kilo. The service was extremely late and staff response was not good. Expected much better

I order through Zomato so I don't have any idea about the service but taste was so good but yes please include biryani masala.
