I’ve been a regular customer of Tanishq Palladium Mall for a long time, and their service has always been excellent. A special mention to Disha Sagar, who is extremely warm, patient, and truly understands customer needs, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. What made it even more special was when they invited me to the store to celebrate my birthday with a cake-cutting. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel genuinely valued. Their approach goes beyond just selling jewellery—they build lasting relationships. Highly recommended!

I really had a warm experience at Tanishq today. I was welcomed by Ms. Khushi Yadav. She was extremely polite, patient, and friendly. She helped me educate about jewellery purchasing as this was my first experience ever. She had a calm and smiling face throughout because of which I really felt very comfortable with her. Very disappointing experience at Tanishq. I visited the store alone to buy a ring within my budget (₹25–30k), but the moment I mentioned my budget, the staff lost interest, handed me over to someone else, and started attending a “better-looking” customer. It was very clear that people who were heavily dressed up and wearing makeup were getting more attention, welcome, and even basic courtesies like water—even if they were not actually buying anything. Meanwhile, I was genuinely there to purchase and was ignored. Are customers judged here based on appearance, makeup, or whether they come with a man/family? Is it mandatory to spend ₹50k–₹1 lakh+ to be treated with respect? Being simple, alone, or not wearing heavy makeup does NOT mean someone can’t afford to buy. Very poor and biased customer service. Truly disappointed.
