Very disappointing experience at Smytten store. I bought two face serums, but one bottle was completely empty even though it was sealed. The contact number on the bill was also wrong, so I could not reach customer support. Customers should not have to visit the store again for such issues. Please check products properly before selling.

Had a really good experience at the Smytten store! The “try before you buy” concept is honestly a game-changer. You don’t have to blindly invest in full-size products anymore.
