Early Closing Experience at Skechers I recently visited Skechers and was quite disappointed with the experience. The store closed earlier than the mentioned timing, which was inconvenient as I had planned my visit accordingly. There was no prior notice or update about the early closing, which led to a waste of time and effort. As a well-known brand, customers expect better communication and consistency in store hours. Even a simple update on Google or a notice at the entrance would have helped avoid confusion. Overall, while Skechers products are great, the management of store timings needs improvement. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.

Not Even Worth One Star – Poor Shoe Quality, No Refunds & Unhelpful Service!! I'm extremely disappointed with both the quality of the shoes and the service experience. I purchased a pair for ₹4,200, and within just a few days of light use, the pasting started coming off in multiple areas. The shoes looked worn out and became practically unusable — completely unacceptable for the price paid. To make things worse, there's no refund policy. When I raised the issue, I was told that if the same defect happens again after an exchange, no further support will be provided. The only options offered were to either keep the defective product or select another pair. But if you don’t find anything suitable within your original price range, you're forced to either pay more or settle for something you don’t really want. This kind of rigid, one-sided policy — along with poor product quality and a lack of accountability — makes it clear they’re not concerned about customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against buying from here.

They tried selling me shoes they didn’t even have in stock. I asked for a specific pair, and they said they could get it for me—but only if I paid first. When I asked them to get the shoes first so I could try and confirm, the staff rudely said, “No, pay first or we can’t arrange it at all.” Extremely unprofessional and suspicious behavior. What kind of service expects full payment before even showing the product? Not expected from a brand like Skechers. Will never return here again.

Bad service, Store closed before 9:30 , The staff does not like to work, sellers have been kept who force them to work. at 9:25 they close the store, And tell me of which, it is the company's policy, which cannot be closed at 9:25. Laying staff , worst experience .
