SA DOSA

I was disappointed with my experience. The Uttapam was decent, but the sambar was extremely thin and watery, lacking the flavor and consistency you’d expect. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member taking the order, instead of acknowledging the feedback or offering a solution, he started giving excuses. Good customer service begins with listening to customers and addressing their concerns respectfully. I hope the restaurant improves both the quality of the food and the way customer feedback is handled.

Amazing experience at SA Dosa! The food quality is excellent and the taste feels very authentic South Indian. The dosa was perfectly crispy and the chutneys and sambar were very flavorful. The presentation of the food is also unique and attractive. The staff is polite and the service is quick. The ambience is clean and nicely decorated, making it a great place to enjoy food with friends and family. Prices are also reasonable for the quality they provide. Service cold dosa and still arguing. Messing with wrong person. I figured out about this food court, except fast moving chains like McD or KFC, rest most of them serving cold and rotten things. This guys seved cold dosa and still arguing about AC as if I have never seen AC working. Stupid. Not visiting again.
