I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic quality and service provided by this store. In November 2025, I purchased a sterling silver ring that was explicitly sold to me as having “Zirconia diamonds.” Recently, I gave the ring for after-sales service with very clear instructions: replace the missing stones, polish the ring, and correct the sizing. These instructions were properly noted by your staff. When I went to collect it after a week, the ring was returned in an unacceptable condition—uneven, mismatched stones and no proper polishing. When I raised this issue, the salesperson, Nandita Vaghela, told me that their vendor “does not do such work unless required” to save the customer’s money. This explanation is completely unacceptable. I had clearly instructed the work to be done and was fully willing to pay the required amount (₹250). Who gave your staff the authority to decide what is “required” for me and what is not? Despite this, I still gave the ring back for correction. I collected it again yesterday, and today—within a single day—two stones fell off right in front of me. To make matters worse, those were not even diamonds, but cheap, shiny particles simply glued onto the ring. After this, I called Nandita Vaghela to report the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, she casually responded that she has been wearing such jewelry for 6 years and this has never happened, and asked me to visit the store again. What kind of response is this? How is her personal experience even relevant to the defective product and service I received? This is not just poor service—it is clear misrepresentation and cheating. How many times am I expected to visit your store, waste my time every week, and still receive such substandard work? I will be taking strict legal action against both the store and the concerned salesperson for this unacceptable and fraudulent behavior. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money, time, and patience.
