Pantaloons (Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad)

The worst kids dress I have bought from this pantaloons palladium mall. Each and every dress is torn and very cheap quality. Really I am shocked to see such kind of bad experience from such kind of big brands.Really pathetic

Staff Disrespecting consumers saying “they just come to try and not buy things when they don’t have money” this is how they should behave to their customers?? Very disappointed with the service.

The worst product I have purchased, cloth is torn and I have come here from long way to purchase..and again I have to come here to return..really pathetic

I had a Puja and I went to the Gota store, the Kurta I liked wasn't available in my size. They guy from there got me connected with staff from Palladium store. I recently visited Pantaloons and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were rude and dismissive, ignoring my questions and acting annoyed when I asked for assistance. This unprofessional behavior made my shopping experience unpleasant, and I won't be returning. Pantaloons needs to improve their customer service to retain their customers.
