Nature's Basket, Palladium, Ahmedabad

They offer a wide variety of gourmet products, and I especially loved the way they display their spices and vegetables—it feels fresh and thoughtfully curated. We usually stick to their sealed products, but this time we decided to try a few items from their bakery. We had the chocolate donut and paneer bagel—both were made with soft, fresh bread and tasted really good. One of us also tried the kunafa bite from Gwalia, which unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, it was a good experience, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Pathetic experience at Nature’s Basket, Palladium Mall. A security guard literally shouted at me just for taking a photo. No warning, no polite communication — just aggressive and disrespectful behavior. This is completely unacceptable in any store, especially one that claims to be premium. What’s worse is the manager’s attitude. He saw everything from a distance and didn’t even bother to step in. When I approached him, he just gave a casual “sorry” and moved on like it didn’t matter. This clearly shows poor management and zero staff training. You’ll find everything from everyday produce to exotic items. What really stands out is their selection of imported chocolates, snacks, and packaged foods – perfect if you’re looking for international brands or gourmet ingredients. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is helpful.

Had a great shopping experience at Nature's Basket, Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad. The store is very well maintained and beautifully organized. Product variety is impressive, especially the gourmet and imported items. The quality of fresh products was excellent. Staff members were courteous and ready to help, which made the visit even better. Smooth checkout process as well. Definitely one of the best premium grocery stores in the city.
