I am writing to express my disappointment with both the quality of the product I purchased and the response I received when I reached out for assistance. I recently purchased two earrings and an outfit for ₹7000 from your JayPor Ahmedabad Unfortunately, as I was carefully removing a pair of eating from its packaging at home, it broke almost immediately, which was extremely disheartening given the significant amount I spent on it. When I contacted your team to request a replacement, I was met with disbelief and was ultimately told that an exchange would not be possible. I found this response both surprising and disappointing, as I had expected better after-sales support from a reputed company like yours. I request you to reconsider my case and offer a resolution—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund. I have attached [receipts/photos of the broken product] as evidence of the issue.

It's a beautiful store with a wide range of Products. Well adequate staff are maintaining the high level of Customer service with smile. All section very well organise with staff.
