However, the management handles mishaps beautifully. The staff proactively noticed the delay and offered a sincere apology, which showed great professionalism and care for the guests. Final Verdict: Excellent hospitality, great taste, and unique presentation far outweigh a minor timing issue. This is absolutely a must-visit restaurant!

We (4 adults and 2 children) visited this establishment on a Sunday for lunch. They had a biriyani & kebab festival going on; had ordered zafrani chicken drumsticks and Chicken Lahsuni kebabs as appetizers and Mutton dum biryani, hyderabadi chicken biryani and Tehri as mains. We were quite hungry so had forgotten to take pics of kebab and mutton biryani. Tastewise:it was really good! Both the biryanis and Tehri came with a side of gravy, chopped salad and curd. Good amount of chicken, mutton pieces in the biryani and Tehri had a lot of veggies and paneer too. I preferred the Mutton biryani and Tehri as they were flavourful and moreish. Hyderabadi biryani was more like awadhi biryani with added spice. I had issues with the appetizers and hence reduced a star rating. We'd ordered sharing plate sizes for both the kebabs, but got only 4 pieces each portion. For the price, I felt it wasn't worth it. Coming to the ambience- neat and clean with mild music playing. The servers were prompt and helpful. It is admirable that they hire Deaf and hard-of-hearing staff. Much like Mirchi & Mime in Mumbai, it offers a fantastic learning experience for both adults and children to interact using sign language. Overall a pleasant afternoon and a good meal!

Had an amazing experience at Ishaara India in Ahmedabad. The food was absolutely top-level—full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. What truly made the visit special was learning that many of the team members preparing and serving the food communicate using sign language. It added a unique and meaningful touch to the entire dining experience. The service was warm, attentive, and inspiring, and the atmosphere made us feel genuinely welcomed. Definitely a place that offers more than just great food—it offers a memorable experience. Will absolutely be coming back again.

I visited Ishaara at Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad, with my family and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant employs hearing- and speech-impaired staff, and customers communicate using sign language, with the manager available to assist if needed. It was a unique opportunity to appreciate the importance of sign language. The food and drinks were delicious, and the ambience was pleasant. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

The management here is excellent. We went there 30+ peoples , but everything was managed so well. I absolutely loved it. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive❤️. They didn't let us face even a single inconvenience. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! 😊
