Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to share my concerns regarding the store experience at your H&M outlet in Palladium Mall Ahmedabad. Unfortunately, during multiple visits, we have consistently noticed that a large number of clothes are left scattered on the floor instead of being properly arranged on racks. This creates a very untidy and unwelcoming shopping environment. Additionally, in the reduced price section, many items were found to be torn, dirty, and poorly maintained. The condition of these clothes gives the impression of used or damaged products, which is disappointing and not in line with expected brand standards. Another major concern is regarding the women’s changing room area. During our recent visit, there were male staff members assigned to this section. Given that the changing area is quite open and lacks privacy, it feels uncomfortable and awkward for women customers. There is no proper space to sit or consult someone while trying outfits, and customers are required to step out into a public area to show the outfit, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable. The absence of female staff in this area further adds to the discomfort. We request you to kindly look into these issues and take appropriate action to improve store management, hygiene, and customer comfort, especially in sensitive areas like changing rooms. We hope to see improvements soon, as we value your brand but expect a better in-store experience. Thank you for your attention.

I visited the store on a weekday but it was still quite crowded. They have very limited staff so it was difficult to find the right size and color without assistance.The changing room capacity is also quite small so I had to wait in a queue. There was only one billing counter as well which resulted in another long wait for checkout.

The atmosphere of the store was very charming, it was a Saturday so naturally it was crowded and noisy. It was normal when I shopped there, but I had a bad experience at the billing counter there.I am also a store manager. I have good experience in brand services. There was only one cashier at the counter who was making the bill alone for a very large line. There was also no other computer, due to which a lot of time was wasted.You also need to consider this matter and I am sure you will solve this problem soon.

Worst customer service, boys staff muck around in the ladies fitting rooms and argue with the customers when raised concern on them in the ladies fitting room. Not recommended to buy from here. If this is the customer service during purchase what one can expect on after sales service from them. Worst experience on the first visit
