Excellent customer service. Walked in nice an early when there was only 1 member on duty. Vaishali managed to juggle all her customers and attended to my requested flawlessly. This is what customer service should be like. Unfortunately can't say the same for the other branded stores within the same mall.

When someone is on a shopping mission in a mall, the key question often is: "Is it worth spending more time at this store, and will it lead to the right outcome?" I walked into a store, where the staff greeted me warmly and promptly asked about my needs. I explained what I was looking for, and they quickly presented some good options. While I was on a call discussing my preferences, the staff member adapted her suggestions seamlessly based on my conversation on the call. In no time, I had the best possible options laid out in front of me. Although I didn’t purchase as I couldn’t find the perfect fit, the experience was impressive. There was no pressure to buy, just genuine support and thoughtful suggestions. To sum it up: - The service was outstanding. - The staff was attentive and professional. - The varieties were good. Kudos to the staff member for her efforts!
