The food was really good and well-prepared. The flavors were great, and the quality met my expectations. I would definitely rate the food 4/5. The service, however, could be improved. The staff was polite, but it was a bit slow and not as attentive as expected, so I'd give the service 3/5. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and I'd visit again for the food

Foo is a well-established chain known for its Japanese and Asian cuisine especially sushi, dim sum other authentic dishes. On this visit we tried the Hot & Sour Soup, Som Tum Salad, Aburi Veg Maki, Shishito Charcoal Tempura Uramaki, Wasabi Truffle Edamame, Lotus Root, Dumplings, Supreme Veg Bao, Farm Vegetable Gyoza, Foo Hakka Noodles Blue Butter Japanese Rice with Yellow Curry. For dessert we had the Twisted Honey Noodles with Blueberry Cream Ice Cream. The food was exceptional every dish was fresh beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding and there wasn’t a single dish that disappointed us. The only downside was the service. Although the staff was polite, courteous and very helpful the service was extremely slow. It took around 2.5 hours to serve lunch for just two people which was much longer than expected. If they improve their service speed the overall dining experience would be excellent.

I visited Pan Asian in Ahmedabad, a place that's been getting a lot of hype — and honestly, it lived up to it. The ambience was impressive: well-designed, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed dining experience. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Easily among the best l've experienced. They were highly knowledgeable about the menu, confident in their recommendations, and communicated fluently in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, which made everything smooth and professional. The food quality was excellent, and the presentation was on another level — visually striking and thoughtfully plated. We also tried their famous Mount Fuji dessert. While I wouldn't say it justifies the price in terms of taste alone, the presentation was genuinely one of the best I've seen in any restaurant. Overall, the concept, execution, service, and experience were very well done. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for something different and well-curated in Ahmedabad.

Even though the restaurant was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes for a table, which is honestly quite fast for a busy weekend in Ahmedabad. ​The food was fantastic and the service was just as good. We tried a variety of dishes and everything hit the spot: ​💙 Chicken Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice: Super unique and flavorful. ​💚 Foo Crispy Spinach Cheung Fun: This was a personal favorite—great texture! ​🧡 Crispy Spicy Thai Lotus Root: Perfect crunch and spice level. ​Foo Hakka Noodles & Sliced 💛 Chicken in Foo Chilli Oil: Classic flavors done right. ​Overall, it was a great experience. We are definitely coming back soon to try more of the menu!

Recently visited Foo at Palladium Ahmedabad and it was such a good experience! 🤍 If you love Japanese or Chinese cuisine, this place is a must visit. The food quality was absolutely amazing and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. We ordered: • Lotus stem • Cottage cheese dim sum • Sushi • Fried rice • Coconut curry Every dish was very yum, but the sushi and coconut curry were especially delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. ✨ The ambiance is classy and gives proper fine-dining vibes, making it perfect for a lunch or dinner date. Highly recommended for all Asian food lovers! 🍣🥢
