@Dyson @DysonIndia 🙁 I bought the Dyson Airwrap Multi‑Styler Special Edition (Jasper Plum) on 24 Nov 2025 (Order DPTI/2526/). Within a week it kept shutting off – totally unusable. A tech inspected it, confirmed the fault & arranged pickup, but it’s been 20 days and now you say the Jasper Plum is out of stock and want to give me a Vinca Blue (₹5k cheaper) instead. 😡 I’ve called customer care countless times, been promised a manager call within 30‑60 min (never happened) and been pressured to accept a lower‑priced model. I’m entitled to a like‑for‑like replacement or a full refund.
