We ordered Veg Biryani, but it didn’t really match the expected taste. It felt more like a simple pulao rather than a proper biryani in terms of flavor and aroma. Since we were hungry and the food was served hot, we still ate it. It was okay overall, but not something we’d specifically come back for if craving biryani. Hope the taste and authenticity can be improved.

Synced 22 Aug 2026 14:06Visited this place at Palladium Mall and tried their Amritsari kulcha—it was absolutely amazing! 😍 The price is around ₹400, which is a bit on the higher side, but the taste and quality totally justify it. Crispy outside, stuffed perfectly inside, and served with delicious chole and chutney—easily one of the best kulchas I’ve ever had! 💯 Loved the experience—definitely a must-try if you’re craving authentic Amritsari flavors. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a very disappointing experience at Amritsari Kulcha Co., Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad. While eating the paratha, I found what appeared to be a piece of plastic inside the food. This is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable. I immediately stopped eating. I hope the management investigates their food preparation and quality control to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
The establishment is situated within the Palladium Mall food court, specifically on the fifth floor. A variety of dining choices are available, including options for North Indian and South Indian cuisine, as well as chaat and snacks. During our visit, we sampled the Amritsari Kulcha Special Chur Chur Naan, which was accompanied by Paneer Curry and Dal Makhani, along with a serving of Veg Raita and Salad. The overall taste was somewhat underwhelming. The cost for this meal was ₹529, which, in my opinion, did not seem justified considering the quality. Furthermore, the naan had been partially burnt around the edges. The menu prices appeared to be on the higher end, and the seating area in the food court was quite crowded, necessitating a wait of approximately ten minutes before we could find a place to sit.
The aloo stuffing was flavorful, mildly spiced, and evenly spread, enhancing every bite. The chhole was rich, well-seasoned, and complemented the kulcha perfectly.
