Westside - Anandam Fort, Jaipur

Excellent and affordable shopping store for solos, couples, families, friends and children. A lot of varieties at a single store. It has a nice and a lot of varieties of every kind of clothes for all ages of men, women and children. It has western, formal, informal, simple and designed clothes. The variety of western and designed clothes are really large. The quality of clothes is also great and durable. There are less chances of shrinking and color fade too. The fitting is also nearly perfect. It also has separate counters for a vast variety of artificial flowers and plants, bedsheets, pillow covers, crockery, kitchen appliances and dishes. The artificial flowers and plants section is really beautiful and eye catching. There is a vast variety of bouquets, pots and vessels. The prices are certainly a little high but affordable. The indoors are well designed, well maintained and clean by well trained and polite staff. There are 3-4 billing counters, one at each floor. There is an elevator for the movement between floors which is necessary at such popular shopping stores. Overall, a wonderful experience and would love to come back again.

I visited Westside twice this week, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. During my first visit, the staff member at the changing room was extremely rude and got into an unnecessary argument with me. On my second visit, I came in for an item exchange, but the lady at the counter was equally unprofessional, speaking in a very cold and disrespectful tone. Overall, the staff seemed poorly trained in customer service and lacked basic courtesy. Westside is a well-known brand, so I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and service standards.

Really impressed with the customer service at Westside Malviya Nagar. Mr. Vikram went out of his way to help me find my size by coordinating with the Jagatpura store and staying in touch. Truly appreciate his effort and dedication! I have finally picked the desired size of my new favourite top :)

Had a great experience shopping at Westside! They offer one of the best collections of trendy clothing with a large variety to choose from. The quality is excellent, with premium materials and great attention to detail. Perfect place to find stylish and comfortable outfits. Highly recommended!

The store is a mess with lots of clothes of their place. The trial room was super crowded even on Monday. And no restrictions on how many clothes you can take. The billing counter on ground floor was functional whereas other floors it wasn’t. Overall needs improvement.
