I am from Guj., on my visit to Jaipur I bought cosmetics from this shop on 07 Aug. 2025 and they said that bill will be shared on my mobile no. But they didn't share the same. Now, I doubt that as they knew that I am a outsider they charged more from me so never share the bill. 2. Today again I visited and bought few products and they gave me expired tester lipstick as a gift. Why you try to make fool of customers, it is making your image worst and it will prove you wrong forever.

Pathetic service..I went to their GT outlet, for the eyebrows...and after getting it done, when I said you totally distorted the shape and am not satisfied the female staff said " ma'am u don't know the shape of your own eyebrow". Too disgusting place!! Don't visit or visit at your own risk.

Worst experience ever. I visited this salon second time in the hope that they might be giving good hair cut, but the decision was absolute terrible mistake. They are charging only in the name of hair wash and blow dry. I asked for deep layer hair cut (my hair length upto waist) but "so called hair cut expert" denied giving hair cut saying that it is not possible for such short hair. I would recommend not to visit the saloon even in dreams.

I have done botox in july 2024. They have given me a complimentary lipstic which is already expired on 02/2023. They want to do marketing for their cosmetic products but they supply you the expiry products which can harm your skin. If they don’t have fresh product then they do not need to give the complimentary things. Also the botox treatment doesn’t stay more than 2 months. Shadows is just a name but services and their products are not even useful.

The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge about foundation shades and undertones, yet behaved as if they had professional expertise.
