Very unorganized and incompetent customer service. They displayed lot of items in various discount bays and when you reach the billing counter, suddenly the discounted items become full priced. Wow, and the clerk said all these items were put in the discount bays by mistake. Basically, we got to understand that none of the items in discount bays were discounted. Discount bays were just an eyewash to trap gulible customers. This happened after confirming the discounts with the attendants at discount bays. And this was happening with other customers also. So is this the level of Pantaloon's customer service or is it simply blatant cheating of customers who are not alert and buy expensive items thinking them to be discounted? I left the store disgusted without buying the selected items off course. Shame on you Pantaloons for adapting such dishonest trade practices in such a prime location store.

Very good experience and product quality is very good and staff are very friendly with the customer

Store looks spic n span,good collection in men's wear segment.I just visited for a inner wear and end up with 8k shopping. Suresh Kumar very helpfull.
