Mochi Shoes

Very bad experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. The product quality was also disappointing and not worth the price. Overall, I had a very poor shopping experience. I would not recommend Mochi to anyone unless they improve both their customer service and product quality.

I purchased a bag from Mochi for ₹4,000, and within just one year it got completely damaged. When I gave it to the store, they assured me it would be repaired, but later the company returned it saying the warranty is only for three months. I couldn’t even use this bag properly for a year before it reached this condition. For such a high price, this level of quality is unacceptable. In the name of a brand, they are selling bags made of cheap fake leather that peels off very quickly. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a waste of money.
