The ambience is very good. Both terrace lounge and indoor lounges are of good quality. The food is also good enough and they are accommodative with our customised requirements. Overall the staff is supportive but Special mention of Sonal Bhati. First of all she has a wonderful smiling nature & she knows how to achieve not only customer satisfaction but customer delight as well. She's running all over the fall to quickly serve all customers. Assisted us with our charging, seating & aircon requirements. So the Overall experience is good on all fronts and we have now become loyal recurring customers

Had a really great experience with Kingsman Jaipur. The staff was professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout the service.
