Do not go this store.. bad behaviour and non cooperative staff.. we bought a coord set from this place ... They showed us this rack was of rs 800 so we bought it .. when after billing they told us it is of rs 1000 when we asked to cancel it ..we did not leave the store at time... they refused to cancel the bill and said it was non refundable.. they forced us to take other items

I had a disappointing experience at GT Store. Within a week, we shopped here twice. During our first visit, we purchased 3–4 clothing items. On our second visit, we came back to buy more clothes because one of the items didn’t fit, and we simply wanted to exchange it for a larger size. The staff refused the exchange, saying there was a tiny stain on the product. Honestly, the mark was so minor that we never noticed it when we purchased the item. We even showed them similar products from the store that had small dots or marks, but they said, “Those are store items, but we can’t exchange yours.” We explained that we had received the product in that condition and that we were not asking for a refund—only a size exchange. On top of that, we were purchasing more new clothes during the same visit. Despite this, the staff, especially Rahul Jain and Sangam Kumari, were not willing to help and simply denied our request. My suggestion to the store owner is to focus more on customer service. A small gesture of support in situations like this can make a huge difference. If customers continue to face this kind of experience, it may negatively affect your brand’s reputation. This review is shared as honest feedback with the hope that the store improves its customer service.

One of the best clothing brands I’ve shopped from. The outfits are comfortable, stylish, and exactly as shown in pictures. Great experience overall.
