After three months of checking online retailers only to find “out of stock” everywhere, I finally tracked down the Casio Casino Royale at a local store. The watch itself absolutely lives up to the hype - the leather belt is surprisingly comfortable and the Casino Royale styling gives it that perfect blend of classic and modern appeal. The build quality feels solid and the face is beautifully detailed. A little more enthusiasm from the staff would have made the purchase feel more special, especially after such a long search. Despite the lackluster service, I’m happy with the watch itself. Sometimes the best finds come from persistence and checking those smaller offline stores when the big retailers can’t deliver. Would recommend the watch, though maybe call ahead about stock. Overall the watch experience was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I stopped in for a simple watch strap adjustment, and they insisted on a 100rs charge. When I asked why this wasn't complimentary—as is industry standard for many retailers—the owner and staff became incredibly rude and defensive, stating they aren't an "official" store. Regardless of their status as a dealer, the lack of basic customer service and the hostile tone from the management were unacceptable. I would recommend going elsewhere where customers are treated with professionalism.
