I am very disappointed with the service provided by this laptop repair shop. Unfortunately, I did not read the negative reviews before visiting their store. I took my laptop there for servicing, and I was told that a complete service would be done for ₹500. They asked me to leave the laptop and collect it the next day, which I did after receiving their confirmation that the servicing had been completed. However, when I inspected my laptop, I was shocked to find dust still present in the cooling vents and even cobwebs inside. This clearly indicated that the laptop had not been properly cleaned or serviced as promised. After paying ₹500, I did not receive the service quality I was promised. Based on my experience, I seriously question whether any meaningful servicing was actually performed. I would not recommend this shop to others.

This place is a total fraud. I’ve given them multiple chances, and they have attempted to scam me every single time. First, I paid for an SSD upgrade on my MacBook, but the serial number remained exactly the same after the "repair." Next, I requested an original iPhone battery replacement. He installed a third-party battery and tried to hide it by transplanting the BMS chip from my old battery so the serial number would look original. Most recently, I tested them by bringing in a laptop with a confirmed faulty display (I build PCs and verified the internal components myself). He tried to claim I had a "burned IC" to inflate the bill. He consistently upsells fake memory cards and relies on customers not knowing their hardware. If you value your devices and your money, stay far away.

I had a great experience at Arihant Computer World in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right laptop/accessory without any pressure. Their after-sales service was quick and professional — they really care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for genuine products and honest advice. Keep up the good work!

I would advise customers not to make full payment until the purchase or service has been completed satisfactorily. In my case, the owner was unable to resolve the issue with my laptop and did not provide a full refund. For almost one month, I had to make multiple visits to the shop for repairs, but the problem remained unresolved. I was repeatedly given assurances and promises that were not fulfilled. Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring other service options before choosing this business. The overall service was disappointing, and I found the handling of the situation to be unprofessional.

I have bought one PC, one victus laptop, one MacBook and numerous other things in last two years for my family members. Owner of the store is knowledgeable and also gave us the good deal. What I don't like is his other guy who runs the shop in his absence. I usually don't negotiate on pricing but this time I visited the place to buy some old ps3 games for my 10 year old nephew hoping that for being a repeat customer they will atleast give some better price on these 20 years old second hand ps3 games but this guy seems to be asking price randomly that didn't justify. I try to negotiate a little bit but he was kind of rude. I left without buying anything. Well that's fine if you want to make 200 rs more on a second hand game but surely I will not be purchasing any big items in future where they could have easily make more than this just by selling it's accessories along.
