I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had with your staff on Tuesday morning around 9:50 a.m. The employees showed a very poor attitude and did not treat me with respect as a valued customer. I approached them with a simple request to exchange a small amount of money for change, as I work in the mall and many stores here regularly need small denominations. Logically, exchange offices like yours are the most suitable places for this kind of request. However, the staff showed no attention or willingness to assist, and it seemed as if a large exchange store could not even accommodate a small change request. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.
