“I had a deeply disappointing experience at Villeroy & Bosh ( Galleria Mall). I purchased items for an event, but due to the Abu Dhabi crisis, all events were canceled. I went immediately to return the items, but despite the unprecedented situation, their policy only allowed exchanges or vouchers. The manager was extremely uncooperative, even though I asked for a refund. I don’t need a voucher; I won’t be returning, but this lack of flexibility and empathy is unacceptable. I hope they reconsider their customer service approach.”
