Tim Hortons - Abu Dhabi Mall

Had a really pleasant experience with Ally one Thursday afternoon. We had pizza from another store with us, and she jokingly said it would be great paired with coffee — that instantly made us smile and feel welcomed. We were also waiting for another friend for almost half an hour, and she never pressured us to order right away. Really appreciated her patience and warm attitude. It made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable. Drinks were served fast and top-notched! Thanks, Ally! 😊

Tim Hortons in Abu Dhabi Mall is my ultimate cozy escape! I loved the Spicy Crispy Chicken Wrap, flavorful, and perfectly spiced (ngl the chicken was a bit small for the sandwich but good flavors😋). The Tim Dips were a fun, I loved the caramel sauce more than the chocolate! And the Iced Choco Praline Latte was heaven with just the right chocolate kick (I finished too fast🥲) Super friendly staff, lightning-fast service, and that warm vibe keep me coming back. My comfy mood order nailed it every time. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious treat! ☕🍩❤️

I had a great experience here. Everything worked perfectly, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and I was really satisfied with the coffee—it was made just right. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. I especially want to mention ally, who was really great and made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the seating—it was very comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent experience at Tim Hortons in Abu Dhabi Mall! The coffee was fresh and delicious, the food was tasty, and the service was fast and friendly. I visited this place three times, and every single time I clearly asked for medium sugar in my drink. Unfortunately, each time I received a drink with no sugar at all. Today, the same thing happened again. I ordered an iced latte and specifically confirmed with the staff member that I wanted medium sugar, but the drink had absolutely no sugar. When I called the store because I was very disappointed, the response I received was even more frustrating. I was told that if I wanted sugar added, I would have to pay AED 5 per cup. I have no problem paying the extra AED 5, but the issue is that nobody informed me of this or asked me if I wanted to add it. My repeated request for medium sugar was simply ignored. This was a very disappointing customer experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
