Tavola - Abu Dhabi Mall

I absolutely love this shop! The staff are phenomenal and super helpful & informative. The appliances are high-end and so is the price. They have some of the best Italian, German, and American cookware out there. Not to mention other kitchen gadgets & appliances. I recently purchased a beautiful P7 French press from their AD Mall branch. So sheek and well made. I always pass by when I'm in the area just to have a quick look at the new products available. Fun, fun, fun for a gal who enjoys cooking for her family. 😄

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Tavola. This is the second time I ordered the same juicer part from your store, and both times you delivered the wrong product, even though the product photo clearly shows the correct item. Before placing my second order, I specifically wrote to your team on WhatsApp explaining that I needed exactly this model kuvings B1700, and that it must include the inner hole . I was assured and proceeded with the order. Yet again, the item delivered is not the same product, does not match the photo, and is not compatible with my juicer. What is even more frustrating is that your team stopped responding on WhatsApp for two days, even though I messaged you immediately upon delivery. There is zero support or follow-up. This is not acceptable for a brand like Tavola. I expect: • Immediate response, • Return pickup, • And a full refund, since this is clearly your mistake. I trusted your brand, but this experience shows a lack of responsibility and quality control. I really hope you fix this process, because customers should not be dealing with such issues.

Great customer service at the Abu Dhabi Mall store! Have to give a huge shout out to the manager and staff at this store who went an extra mile for a small item but which was seasonal and meant a lot for our family. It was a very thoughtful gesture from the store staff that helped make great holiday memories for us!

Recently I have purchased online beautiful cocotte pumpkin shaped, beautiful black color from Staub, which was 20% discounted, as a gift! It was delivered within few days, however it arrived packed in a bubble wrap, not in original box! Now I am wondering how am I supposed to give it, since it meant to be a gift! Don’t get me wrong, this cocotte is so pretty that I am not planning to return it, however this little issue made me so upset, considering that I’ve paid almost 800 dr for it!

Was hoping to just stroll around and do window shopping while waiting for my wife. A big kudos for john who offered a big smile and was always attentive if I needed help. And a wonderful greeting from marissa. I was really eyeing with the juicer, and marissa right away Cut the fruits and made the juice using the machine while John gave me a taste of espresso and the best filipino hospitality. I never bought anything since there was no sale around, and I am just the typical shopper who just strolls around a mall. There was no discrimination felt and was helpful even though im not buying. And because of that, I am now targeting and waiting for any sale for the kuvings juicer and would definitely recommend buying quality products here in tavola yas Mall.
