I am a regular customer at this restaurant, but my recent experiences have been completely unacceptable. I ordered black tea with sugar and clearly repeated “with sugar” five times, yet I was served tea without sugar. I ordered it again, repeated my request several times, and they still got it wrong. This shows a complete lack of attention to customers. While eating my rice, I found a strand of hair in my food. This is a serious hygiene issue and does not meet UAE food safety standards. The staff member who introduced himself as “Anbey” has very poor communication skills and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. The overall customer service is unacceptable, and the staff clearly lack proper customer service training. Management must take immediate action to improve food quality, hygiene, and staff behavior. If these serious issues are not addressed, I will report this restaurant to the relevant UAE government authorities. Customers deserve safe food and respectful service.Please I ask you to take Action

I'm a regular at Seashell in Dubai, and the food I got from that branch was the worst ever. My order was an hour late for dine-in, the service was super slow with items coming one by one, the food smelled bad, and they kept trying to convince us it was good.

Seashell Restaurant – Across Abu Dhabi Mall Seashell has been around long before many new restaurants even appeared on the Abu Dhabi food scene — and it’s still one of the best! Their delivery is quick and reliable, but if you dine in, you’ll find a spacious, welcoming setup and excellent service. The food is consistently delicious and the menu is wonderfully diverse. I highly recommend the grilled chicken and mixed meat grills served with hummus, garlic paste, Arabic bread, and salad — and don’t miss the fresh tender coconut, it’s a must! Very bad service from them. Not recommended if you’re not from South india.

Had a wonderful experience at Seashell Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was warm and attentive, making the whole visit enjoyable. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal—definitely coming back!
