I celebrated my birthday at Paul in Abu Dhabi Mall, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The pesto pasta was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The portion was generous enough for me to share with my four‑year‑old daughter, and we both enjoyed every bite. The staff surprised me with a fresh strawberry cream‑cheese cake for my birthday — soft, creamy, and perfectly sweet. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more special. The staff at Paul are incredibly friendly. My daughter loves going there because they always make her feel welcome. She even has her own little spot where she plays, eats, and enjoys her time — which means I get to relax and enjoy my meal too. 💛 I always look for Paul wherever I go. The food quality is consistently great, and I enjoy collecting points and discounts through their app, which adds even more value to every visit. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh flavors, warm service, and a cozy, family‑friendly atmosphere.

This was the 2nd time that Ms. Julie of Paul - Abu Dhabi Mall branch, assisted us. As always, she was very warm, welcoming, and greeted us with a pleasant smile. We came back because we were so satisfied with the excellent service she provided prior. Of course, we also had to order our new favorite dessert, the Ube Basque Cheesecake. During this visit, I also claimed my free bday mono cake, making the experience even more special. Overall, it was another wonderful visit, and we'll definitely be coming back again soon.

I enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the PAUL branch in Abu Dhabi Mall. My server, Julie, was friendly and provided great service. I also loved the new Ube Cheesecake—it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Ube Frappé, however, was a bit lacking in flavor compared to the cheesecake. It wasn’t bad, but I think it could be a little more flavorful. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely come back.
