Very nice experience in Pandora shop located at World trade centre mall in Abu Dhabi. Very helpful and friendly staff, the supervisor Najwa then was extremely delicious with us, she helped me to choose charms I was looking for and she provided herself to fix them in my bracelet. She also cleaned all my charms in the specific Pandora liquid. If you are planning a visit at the shopping mall don't miss it!. High recommended. 5*

I just had a very bad experience from this store, I return an item and change for it. One of the staff named Dianna who assisted me, while the transacion going she offered me something and i said NO i dont need it . when i check my bag items inside, i saw the one she ask if i want to buy it. Like a key chain , i said im good i dont like it. And how come its on my receipt now. Im a very big fan of Pandora, but this make me feel disloyalty for the customer. Im not talking about the price of what she include without my knowledge but the way she play i dont like she see that im tired and want to pay thats why she add more item becuse she knows i will not look at it . Thank you

Staff are not helpful at all, and that was the store supervisor, she was the only one in the store and helping one customer, does not have the skills to help both, she gave me least priority and she could not even balance. Would never go again to the shop.
