From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Even though we arrived quite late after a long day of shopping, the team welcomed us warmly and happily took our order without making us feel rushed. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality. From the lovely lady who greeted us at the entrance, to the waiter who patiently explained the menu, took our order, and served us with a smile, and even the manager who made sure everything was perfect—everyone showed exceptional teamwork and genuine care. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our evening so memorable. We will definitely be back!

As a person who lives in Abu Dhabi for 13 y, I’m gonna share my honest opinion! All branches are good and always fresh, delicious but for me P.F. Chang’s in Abu Dhabi mall is special as we become a family! The best team, the best hostility I’ve even had in my life, u gonna leave the place with special feeling! The food is always fresh, so delicious, big enough portion👌 I have no words to describe more u guys really have to visit once in your life to understand what I mean🫶🏻 thanks P.F. PF Chang’s has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for nearly three decades, from North America to the UAE, and it has consistently delivered on quality, flavors, recipes, service, and ambiance. The Abu Dhabi Mall outlet truly lives up to the brand’s reputation. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp Sushi Roll, Wok Beef, and White Rice, every dish was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making the overall dining experience even better. A reliable, top notch choice every single time. Highly recommended.

What made our visit even more special was the exceptional service from Soby, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great food, great ambiance, and outstanding customer service.
