Amazing place to spend time at the café. The food was delicious, and the shisha was excellent as well. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Ask for surya professional waiter.

Kaleel is a great example for guests service I would like to commend this staff member for his outstanding performance and professionalism. He is highly talented, hardworking, and consistently demonstrates excellent communication skills. We went for shisha for two nights in a row. The first night we has watermelon mint and it was very mellow. The second night we had Dubai(?) which taste yummy. I like the atmosphere there, with the light decoration during new year time also good. We got a sweets treats before leaving in both nights so thank you so much!

We 2 people went there for Ramadan Iftar and the buffet was amazing. Arabic food with highly good quality and good selection of dishes. Outdoor seating was perfect for sheesha. Iftar buffet without Sheesha was AED 129 and with Sheesha AED 149. Highly recommended place for casual get together with family and friends.

Had a fantastic experience at Otantik! The atmosphere is so warm and authentic, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. The service was top-notch—the staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive. As for the food, every dish was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend the Lentil soup and Lahmacun ! I’ll definitely be coming back."
