I am giving 3 rating for the problem i got. Collection is good. I purchased 3 pairs. Wanted VAT refund. For the staffs convience they splitted my bill into 2. They informed me 1 was approved for vat refund and 2nd one was rejected and had to be updated again. I went back to showroom after 30 mnts and they informed me it was taken care. Today when i reached airport VAT autheory showed me the invoice copy they updated was not at all visible and they did not updated the same second time. So i had to lose the refund. Otherwise they have good collection.

Finally I found my dream shoes 😻 New Balance 204L at New Balance Abu Dhabi Mall. Look for sales person name Apple and shes so helpful and attentive to details ♥️♥️♥️

I had an amazing experience at the new balance branch in Galleria mall. One of your staff members her name is Tiseer assisted me and my husband for choosing a gift for our daughter. she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we entered the store. She took the time to understand what we needed for our daughter’s birthday and made the whole shopping experience at the store very comfortable and pleasant. Her positive attitude truly made a difference and the customer service was 10/10. I will definitely come back again. And my daughter Wasan loved loved the gift 🤍
