I had a wonderful experience at Nespresso thanks to Princess. She was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me a perfect recommendation. She made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth. It’s rare to meet someone who is so passionate about helping customers.

Semrat was exceptionally helpful during our visit to the store because she explained it very enthusiastically as I didn’t know anything about the history of Nespresso, and she told me everything about it. She also made a try out Latest coffee and also helped out showcasing their best collection. But the enthusiastic behaviour even when we did not buy anything, but she was very kind and polite.

It is hilarious that it is a brand like this and they don’t accept to return items and in theory it is an international brand and they send back customers to return the item from the same exact shop for me if i buying this from the street it might work like this, but if i am dealing with a brand like this then you guys need to do something about it because this is horrible i have to pay a taxi with the same amout of the product just because you have zero system and also we asked for a voucher for later to buy espresso capsules and the lady said unfortunately we can’t do that so i am obligated to go to the other store and i am really sorry for this but it is not written in your return and exchange policy. This is really unacceptable.
