Extremely bad customer service assistant you have at Nayomi Abu Dhabi Mall. On Tuesday 14th October around 4.40pm I went to purchase few pyjamas sets at Nayomi AD as some of the deigns i wanted was out of stock at Yas Mall. So I came to your boutique, . I was attended by a brown tall woman with long curly hair (speaks Arabic). She was even rude to my 1 year old baby; my baby just touched the pyjamas I chose and she was like No No No! Dont touch. For God’s sake! Since my other kid was waiting for me so I just paid for the pyjamas set without trying and left as I have to catch time and later I came back to try more. So second visit 30mins later I chose 3 sets of pyjamas to see what size and which color is good for me. She stopped me and saying, its not allowed to try too many pieces. Wow im boiling! So i said, Nayomi Yas Mall and Nayomi Dubai Mall was far very good from this. They never said no, even helped customer to choose and very polite. Since she was busy talking otp with a man, so i said its ok! You dont worry , ill hang these pyjamas after i try. Seriously Nayomi, you have nice shop and nice brand, but dont keep this kind of staff. They’ll ruin your image. Business wont last long if she remains there. Thank you

The staff is so so bad. The woman today was so lazy she didn’t want to work she was annoyed at any cloth I asked her to try… She was eating her food in front of the clients and when I came to ask her a question about a product she asked me to leave the shop as she want to close to go to the washroom… For a shop of this price it’s quite chocking to see so poor behavior… She should review your standards of recruitment honestly …
