The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted—but what really stood out was the amazing service. Pia, Michael, and David made the experience exceptional. Pia was welcoming and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. Michael showed great professionalism and passion, especially when it came to the coffee—his recommendations were spot on. David was equally impressive, friendly, and efficient, making the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and enjoyable. The team’s teamwork, positive energy, and genuine care for customers really set Milestone Coffee apart. It’s not just about great coffee here, but also about feeling valued and comfortable. Absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and perfect if you want to relax or focus on your work/studies without distractions. The design, colors, and lighting make the café feel really cozy and premium. Big thanks to the staff, especially Real, for the great service and welcoming attitude. I got the brownie cake this time because I didn’t want more coffee and stay awake longer 😅 but honestly the coffee, desserts, and food here are all amazing. Definitely one of the nicest café spots in Abu Dhabi Mall.
