megaSun lounge Abu Dhabi Mall - Indoor tanning salon

I’m very disappointed lately although I am a regular client especially with the management. The service and overall experience did not meet expectations at all. It feels like customer values and feedback have no importance to them. The manager is unreachable, and despite trying to share constructive advice, there was no willingness to listen or improve. A professional business should value its customers and take feedback seriously, but unfortunately that was not my experience lately. The ladies their are friendly and try to do their job but the management is disappointing.

I’m first timer in a tanning salon, and was not sure if I will get right colour. But I was surprised from first session, The amazing girl in reception which can guide in a professional way how to start . I’m opposed in this Tanning studio ! Latest version of tanning machine and perfect hospitality! Definitely recommend to all of you!

Awesome tanning salon, super clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the tanning beds are super modern! I also love that they provide towels, nipple and eye covers and well as sanitizer and deodorant. Would recommend getting a tanning package, at least the one for 60 minutes, it will be worth the price. They also sell tan accelerators 👍 Happy to come back

I had an amazing experience at Megasun Lounge! The place is super clean, relaxing, and has a really welcoming vibe. The staff are all friendly and professional — especially Pearl, who was absolutely wonderful! She’s kind, attentive, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks to her, my visit was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely recommend Megasun Lounge if you’re looking for a tan
