Heba excellent staff super friendly and helpful offers suggestions and recommendations! What makes the store experience superb was her honesty! She found my jewelry and manage to report it to the lost and found! I came back the next day hopeful to find my ring and she welcomed me with her eyes lights up and said I found it and it’s available at the customer service! I appreciate her genuine kindness and honesty! You have a great employee there! Please recognize. She’s an example to the other! Make a difference .

Just Came from Mango Abu Dhabi Mall Branch, as ive known mango told me when I bought an item from Galleria Mall Branch I can return it in any branch of Mango shop when I go Abu Dhabi Mall Mango Branch the lady their didnt accept my return coz i didnt buy to their branch itself. It is big waste for my time to come in their branch that this lady doesn’t want to accept for return my item. Very disappointed to that branch. It is big lost of ur branch sale to return an item ? I will raised my complaint even in all social media! Time 9:18pm May 19, 2025.

The dress that the store has is amazing and classy, but the one star is for the service. Extremely poor service, and I personally had a very bad experience. I had selected one of the dress from the store and asked the staff to give me size medium for that dress to do the billing. The staff inspite of me cross checking purposefully gave us Size XL. Only one medium was left over in the store and so the staff just gave us size XL. And on returning to the store to exchange the next morning, the staffs did not have the minimum standard to just apologize for their mistake. Very poor from such a big brand like Mango.

I had a very bad experience at this Mango store. I wanted to the return a dress that I bought just 4 days ago. When I went to the store, there were two female sales representatives at the counter. They asked me why I wanted to the return the dress and went on to examine the dress. I never wore or washed the dress. The dress also had the tags intact. Both of them started to scrutinize the dress and one of the ladies ACCUSED me of wearing the dress when in fact I never did. She started smelling the dress and said that it smelled like perfume and kept saying that I already wore it. I wear strong perfume and yes of course if I try it is going to smell like that. What do they expect me to do- wash it and then give it to them? Then she said she was going to make an exception for me this time and said that its better if I don't wear it next time!!! (I was like you have got to be kidding me!) This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in this country and I have been living here for the past 20 years. For anyone who is looking to go to a good Mango store and get good service PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! I have been to the one in Al Wahda mall and the staff over there are very nice. I'd definitely recommend going there instead.

My encounter with the staff at this establishment proved to be an aggravating ordeal, as they carelessly mishandled an item and subsequently initiated a refund process. Unfortunately, they neglected to provide me with the crucial information that the refund would require a full week for completion, in stark contrast to the promptness typically exhibited by other establishments. It would have greatly benefited me had you taken the initiative to apprise me of these conditions. Otherwise, I would have readily opted to acquire an alternative item of equal value, sparing myself the arduousness of enduring this protracted refund procedure 👎👎👎
