Lollipop Factory - Abu Dhabi Mall

I have stopped sugar for two years, but today at the Lollipop shop in Abu Dhabi Mall, a wonderful lady named Ara, with her welcoming smile and exceptional sales skills managed to bring back my appetite. The jelly beans tasted beyond magical and brought back my childhood memories. Thank you Ara.

I really enjoy their delicious collection of sweets and always recommend them for my friends but I am very upset and have serious issue with the fact that the lovely stuff is not allowed to sit and don't have small chair to rest even for 10 min after nonstop hours of standing,human body was not designed to standing for hours without rest ,please kind request for the owner to allow them to sit for few minutes,I will be miserable if I have to stand non stop , the stuff is amazing and professional and always smiling ,the human thing to allow them to sit in between standing ,I really hope next time I visit ,I see small chair for them ,this is the least thing they deserve

Highest recommendation.I loved the place, especially the shop where i could buy all of my all-time favorite candies.have only been in twice and both experiences were gorgeous. Staff were really friendly and helpful (thanks Sir Louie) and the service was quick.

We bought variety of candies and gummies. It’s very affordable, Sir James was very helpful on explaining what are the different kinds of gummies and their flavors.

I had a wonderful experience at Lollipop Factory thanks to Jocel. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. I purchased quite a few items, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Jocel’s warm approach and excellent customer service made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for her if you want a top-notch experience!
