Very bad and unprofessional experience. The ring had issues multiple times, and instead of delivering proper quality work, I kept being told they would “fix” or “change the stone” again. After the third failed attempt, I completely lost trust in their shop and requested a refund. Poor workmanship, poor quality control, and unacceptable customer experience. I would not recommend them at all. And even did not receive a proper call from their management

I got a ring that costs me a fortune but one diamond constantly keeps falling. I bought a new diamond for repair but the problem still exists. Cheep quality for such a price. The company refused to refund me or exchange the item. I feel very disappointed as a customer for this inflexible and rigid policy. I will never buy again.

I had a bad experience in this shop. The salesmen are not honest about the products. The jewelry/gold quality is not good. I requested for a refund but they wont accept. The staffs dont give their names. I called their customer service number but its useless, they wont help you, they are rude and dont give their names. I will never buy in this shop again.
