Levi's

One of the few enjoyable shopping experiences I've had recently. I don't frequent shops and have mostly opted to order online out of convenience but I needed to test out the pair of jeans I wanted before getting them. Special shoutout to Elmalt for the excellent customer service. He was alone and there were quite a few shoppers but he effortlessly juggled between accommodating each one with the best attitude. Not only did he get me what I needed but he also made sure to present me with options that he think would work based off my preference. I normally don't like it when I'm not left alone but he was respectful not to constantly follow you around while you shop. I had the jeans altered in store for free and Elmalt also made sure I'd get it the night after as I was flying out the next day.

I'm disappointed with the alteration service. This is the second time I've purchased from Abu Dhabi mall branch, and again the measurement we're not taken correctly. As a regular customer. I expected better attention to detail and service quality.

Dropped by at the Levi’s store at Abu Dhabi Mall and had a great experience, thanks to the warm reception and assistance by Mohammad. He communicated clearly and was incredibly helpful and hospitable. I really appreciated how personable he was and how he shared a bit about his background — it made the experience feel genuine and comfortable. Highly recommend asking for Mohammad if you’re shopping there. 🙌🏼
