I purchased a Partagás Serie P No. 2 just one day ago, and what I received was completely unacceptable. As clearly shown in the image, the cigar was dry, cracked, and burned horribly uneven — practically unsmokable. This is not an aging issue or something that happened over time. This cigar was already in terrible condition when it was sold to me, which points to extremely poor storage and a complete lack of quality control. My experience at La Casa del Habano was a joke. Not only was the product defective, but the staff member I dealt with had a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. What makes it worse is the absurdly inflated pricing. Charging premium prices for a ruined cigar is nothing short of exploitation. Selling a damaged cigar that was purchased just a day ago is unacceptable by any standard.

Alona was attentive without being pushy, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering thoughtful recommendations. Her knowledge of the different blends, aging processes, and regional nuances helped me discover cigars that matched my palate perfectly. She also provided helpful tips on storage, cutting, and lighting to ensure I enjoyed the full profile of each smoke. What stood out about La Casa del Habano in Abu Dhabi is not just the product, but the experience. Honestly one of the best cigar shops I’ve visited in Abu Dhabi The collection is amazing with so many premium and rare choices and the atmosphere is very classy and comfortable ما شاء الله The staff was very professional and welcoming and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I love La Casa del Habano shops around the world, but this one is different. The collection is exceptional, but they don't have sealed bags anymore if you want to buy a cigar for travel. They have Cuban cigars like Romeo y Julieta, Juan Lopez, Montecristo, and others. They also have a great variety of humidors, cutters (V shape, punch, and standard), and good quality pouches.
