This was my exact bad experience with Jawhara Jewelry (Abu Dhabi Mall). I bought a pair of earrings from Jawhara Jewelry on 31 December 2025. After wearing them for only two weeks, the gold started to peel, and underneath it another metal appeared that looked like rust. This is not what anyone expects from a piece sold as gold. I went back to the shop to complain, and the employee started defending the item, saying it is “gold but mixed with alloy.” This was never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. They then told me they could refund me in cash when cash is available or refund me by card, which might take several days. This was already frustrating, but because I did not have any other option, I selected cash. I told them I want a cash refund, and the employee promised me 100% that I would receive the cash the next day. The next day, they called me and said the company refused to give the cash, even though they had promised me the day before. This made the situation even more frustrating. After calling them again and insisting on returning the item, they told me they would check again. Later, they called me and said, “Okay, come and take the cash.” Is this really the right way to deal with customers? And is it right to sell a piece that is not real gold at the price and weight of gold? Note: No one from the company even apologized to me about this situation. Very disappointing experience, both in product quality and customer service

Recently I had a very nice experience with Jawhara Jewellery shop in Abu Dhabi mall. A special thank you to JUDY LOU♥️ for her kindness, patience, and great customer service. She was very helpful and as a professional made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Fateen was amazing !! I originally went to see a pair of earrings I found online, just to check them out in person and maybe buy them later; but within 15 minutes, I ended up leaving with two extra chains 😅 She’s a wonderful salesperson, genuinely kind, sincere and passionate about what she does. She sells from the heart, not just for business. Her advice was excellent and she was very professional throughout. Wisam, the shop manager, was also present, very nice, supportive and welcoming. Handling everything smoothly. Highly recommended branch in Abudhabi 🫶🏼
