Jamaica Blue Abu Dhabi Mall

I had a wonderful time at Jamaica Blue, this was my second time visiting, original being at the Ibn Batuta mall branch in Dubai. I ordered the mocha coffee, which was pretty good but I would've personally liked for it to be a bit more chocolatey and bitter, but it still made for a great tasting drink! The highlight of my visit however was the exceptional customer service I had the privilege of experiencing from Anisha who prepared the drinks and took our orders up front. She was very patient and kind and helpful. And as the picture can tell, she really has a very positive vibe! The place in general is also very nice and comfy, slightly small space but I personally prefer that as it makes for great relaxation and privacy. The seats were nice as well, and the overall menu options were exciting to look at, I'm definitely going to try some more items in my next visit.

Jamaica Blue Café at Abu Dhabi Mall ground floor is a very nice and peaceful café with a good selection of healthy breakfast and snack options. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for coffee and light meals. They also have excellent specialty coffee choices. We ordered the avocado pasta salad and chicken wrap, both were fresh, healthy, full of flavor, and made with top-quality ingredients. Great experience overall!

Jamaica Blue in Abu Dhabi Mall is a lovely choice for anyone who enjoys specialty coffee, a light breakfast, and a quiet corner to unwind. It has that calm, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to sit, breathe, and enjoy a moment to yourself — especially if you’re someone who likes to work remotely or get things done from your laptop, just like me. Their coffee has a distinct, rich flavour, and the breakfast options are simple but satisfying. Add to that the peaceful seating area, and it becomes the perfect spot to reset your mind before starting your day or tackling your tasks. A cosy drink, a light bite, and a quiet corner… sometimes that’s all you need.

Very impressed at this place. The prices are reasonable and they made substitutions for allergies - potatoes instead of bread for the eggs Benedict. The coffee is amazing! The staff are wonderful too. This is a gem 💎. Really, I am legitimately happy.

Great experience at Jamaica Blue. The iced matcha was refreshing and the French toast was really good,soft and tasty. Big thanks to Christian and Coleen for the good service and friendly hospitality. Would definitely come back again.
